The Site is a static business directory and does not require account creation, login, or submission of personal information to browse listings. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide if you contact us directly, such as by email.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Site may use minimal cookies or local browser storage for basic functionality (such as remembering search and filter preferences) and, if enabled, anonymized analytics to understand overall traffic patterns. We do not use cookies to sell personal data or build third-party advertising profiles.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain convenience features but will not prevent you from browsing the directory.
4. Third-Party Websites
The Site links to third-party business websites, Google Maps, and phone dialers. Once you leave the Site, this Policy no longer applies, and the third party's own privacy practices govern.
5. Data Sourced from Public Listings
Business contact details, ratings, and descriptions displayed in the directory are compiled from publicly available sources, such as Yellow Pages and Google Maps, for the purpose of providing a local business directory. If you are a business owner and would like your listing corrected or removed, please contact us using the information below.
6. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision.
9. Location Data & Mapping
The directory includes an interactive map. If you tap “Use my location”, your browser asks for your permission before sharing your device’s coordinates. Those coordinates are used only inside your browser, to place a marker and to calculate driving directions. We do not store your location, we do not transmit it to Korix LLC, and it is discarded when you close the page. You can decline the permission and enter an address manually instead.
10. Third-Party Services Used by the Map
Some map features send a request directly from your browser to services we do not operate. Each receives your IP address as part of any ordinary web request, and their own privacy policies apply:
- OpenStreetMap — supplies the map tiles.
- Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) — converts an address you type into coordinates. Only the text you enter is sent.
- OSRM (Project OSRM) — calculates a driving route. The start and end coordinates are sent.
- Google Maps — opened in a new tab only if you choose Transit directions.
- cdnjs and unpkg — deliver the mapping code libraries.
These requests happen only when you use the relevant feature. Simply loading the page requests map tiles; it does not send your location anywhere.
11. Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Analytics cookies are set by Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” or cookie-blocking settings will prevent it.
12. Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security purposes.
13. Language Preference
If you switch the map to Spanish, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so it persists between visits. It is not sent to us and contains no personal information. Clearing your browser data removes it.
